SPARC-Phase II Underway

Phase II of the Strategic Plan to Advance Research at Children’s (SPARC) will focus on identifying specific, measurable objectives for achieving the vision for basic, clinical and outcomes research outlined in Phase I.

Work groups will be organized around five broad strategic areas:

  1. People
  2. Funding
  3. Facilities
  4. Infrastructure
  5. Metrics

Work groups will consist of members of the three enterprise Steering Committees as well as other interested faculty.
