Image Guidelines
All authors are responsible for obtaining photos for their articles. Images should be in JPEG format, and must be submitted with the article by the submittal deadline set forth for that month's issue.
A signed consent form (DOC 36KB) is required of all photo participants and must be obtained and submitted with the photo by the deadline date. Images submitted without a signed consent form will not be published.
Writers who need help obtaining photos for their article may request photography services through the managing editor. The managing editor will coordinate photo opportunities between the photographer and the subject. All photography service requests must be booked at least seven (7) days prior to the publication date. Last minute requests for photography services will not be accepted.
